Belly Dance 4 Fitness and Fun -
Be fit, fun and fabulous! This class focuses on developing core strength, flexibility and balance while helping you find your own inner goddess! Students will learn basic belly dance technique and move combinations that they can use anywhere! Prepare to stretch! Bring a towel or mat if desired, but it isn’t necessary. Instructor Mari has a dance and movement background and has been studying and performing belly dance for over 10 years. Please wear comfortable attire. Ballet slippers, socks or barefoot dancing recommended. A perfect compliment to our belly dance class for a great 2 hour workout!

This class focuses on American cabaret-inspired belly dance technique taught in a fun, original choreographed dances. Instructor Mari has a dance and movement background and has been studying and performing belly dance for over 10 years. Please wear comfortable attire. Ballet slippers, socks or barefoot dancing recommended. A perfect compliment to belly dance fitness class. Take both for an outstanding 2 hour workout!

Learn one of the oldest dance forms in the world that charmed the Kings & Pharaohs! Anyone can learn to belly dance. Have fun while toning your entire body including gluts, abs, quads & arms while learning a cabaret-style routine! No experience necessary. Wear clothes you can move in easily, dance sandals, ballet slippers, bare feet or socks. Mari has been studying & performing Middle Eastern Dance since 1996.
